How deceiving young workers?

Check where your children are held and, where possible, employ them yourself!
The problem of employment of adolescents is widespread in our country. Many students in the summer time trying to find a job to earn pocket money. Most can not do it. However, what kind of concessions they have to go?
Greedy employers, hunting for cheap labor, very often do not comply with Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Thereby endangering the lives and health of their young employees. Instead of the seven-hour days at 16-18 years old working for eight or even more hours. Conveying  bags, they are not aware that the allowable rate of weight for their age is 12-13 pounds.
Think for yourself what the consequences might entail these actions of employers. They relate to teenagers as a "big guy" and require them not children of the results.

According to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the employer has the right to accept a minor employee to his work if he is admitted to this kind of work the medical commission. But it turned a blind eye to corrupt employers, recruiting children, have not undergone a medical examination, and yet among them there may be patients for whom this work might be the last in their lives. Yes, as it does not sound gloomy, but it is.
The Labor Code also provides for minor workers annual leave, the thirty-one calendar day, at any convenient time employee. And employers are trying to get rid of workers who want to get this holiday. It is not fair, and most importantly - not legal.
According to article 268 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, persons under the age of majority, it is forbidden to send to travel, work overtime. But! All this is happening and is likely to happen!
Labor laws of our country provides, and other "favors" young workers, but employers are not trying to perform minor duties. In the end, as always, children suffer! They are illegally fired, used for heavy work, cheating with charging fees earned - all this contrary to the laws of our country.
I think all the blame is not only employers but also the parents who allowed her children to seek employment, although not considering it necessary to know: where and how to work their children. Is this true? I think most would agree with me.
