What happens if I refuse vaccination?

Refused preventive flu shots for your child? In response, the head of the kindergarten promises not to take a child into the group during the epidemic. Confirmed whether her words legal documents? - Asks a parent. Let's face it.
At present, very often the question arises: Does the child do this or that shot. Many disputes, so decide for yourself, but keep in mind that in Russia there is a law of vaccination.
Federal law № 157-FZ of September 17, 1998 "On immunoprophylaxis of infectious diseases" provides preventive vaccinations:

Hepatitis B
diphtheria,
pertussis,
measles,
rubella
Polio
tetanus,
TB
mumps
and influenza
included in the national calendar of vaccinations and vaccination on epidemic indications. National Calendar of dates and establishes procedures for the citizens of vaccinations.
Nevertheless, every person has the right to refuse vaccinations, which must confirm in writing.
At the same time must perform their duties and medical professionals. What are they? - The warning of the possible consequences in case of failure of immunization. This is evidenced by Article 5 of the Federal Law.
Lack of immunization shall:
  ban for citizens to travel to the country, stay in which, in accordance with international health regulations or international treaties of the Russian Federation requires specific vaccinations;
  temporary refusal of citizens in the educational and health institutions in the event of mass infectious diseases, or when the threat of epidemics;
  refusal of citizens to work or the removal of citizens from jobs that are associated with high risk of infectious disease.

Considering our example of the refusal of vaccination against influenza child attending kindergarten, we see the legitimacy of legal action to prevent and pre-school workers who perform their duties: warn about the possibility of a temporary refusal to accept the child in an educational institution. Otherwise, employees violate federal law, which will be liable in accordance with the laws of the Federation.
