The strike - the strongest weapons of the trade union


How many people are dissatisfied with their work, yet every morning get up and go to Siberia! It is common nowadays, every disgruntled knows that he is not the only one and that in some sense combines...

But not it be better to join in another area - to change the situation in the workplace? .. The idea of trade unions has not spun in our society, but if you look abroad - the position of trade unions are very strong, and with them are considered. We have the same system of union workers is associated only with the socialist legacy, and therefore rejected at the stage of discussion. And yet, if you invite a person to improve working conditions - he certainly agree!


The law (in particular the Labor Code) informs each of the parties (you and your employer) your rights and obligations towards each other and even gives each party the right to waive their interests in its sole discretion (for example, to go to work on weekends) ... BUT - you have the right, but not required. And the employer pulls the blanket over him and the leverage it has on you very much. Because on his side is an entire industry, working on "squeezing" of employees at the minimum compensation. There are also lawyers, and psychologists, and anyone out there just do not ... And what are the employees?

They have the opportunity to join a union and assert their rights through the federation (union) labor unions. It really works! If you do not believe me - look like the stir of the employer after learning that workers begin to collect union box!

We are not talking about freebies and institutionalized laziness at work (sometimes the employer and wins the courts), and the strict observance of the law from both sides! And if an employer tries to dismiss you, then the court you can easily restore the office if you yourself do not violate.

In the trade union, in contrast to the individual worker, there are many different levers of influence on the employer. No longer need to spend personal time on the courts and sending complaints to various authorities, and most importantly - not necessarily thoroughly he studied the Labor Code and a bunch of other regulations to intelligently justify certain claims. If the chairman of the union is not bought by the administration, then you just need your own words to tell him about their problems, and so he gives the cause of progress...

There is only one subtlety - the employer does not always want that on his venture prospered union. If he had experience with a strong union, then he certainly has a few trump cards up his sleeve.

Trumps a lot of these, but their goal one - to destabilize the fledgling association. So, if you learned that somewhere came the union, be sure - the people who created it probably went through a lot.

But if the primary trade union organization of the cell responsible approach - do not hurry, do not choose random people, carefully observe all the formalities - and then nine times out of ten union still appear. But there is still much work since the development of trade union and its first steps - a task far more difficult than its creation...
